2 ° Application of the general conditions.
As part of distance selling Moogy is obliged to collect various personal information for the delivery of orders and compliance with distance selling rules, this information allows us to establish an invoice and to guarantee the products to you. 3 ° Order
The order can only be taken into account after having paid the full payment and completed all the personal data relating to the proper processing and delivery of the order. 4° Means of payment
Credit Card
Our site has an online payment system offered by our bank (secure payment by the latter's security service) or for any payment by bank card you must indicate the type of card (credit card, visa, maestro, eurocard ), the card number, expiry date and cryptogram on the back of the card.
5 ° Terms of delivery
All orders will be delivered in an appropriate and discreet shipment, to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Only paid orders will be shipped.
If a package is returned by the post office concerned due to insufficient or inaccurate address, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs for the re-shipment of the package. In this case the delivery times provided for by these general conditions no longer apply.
If a package is returned by the relevant postal service due to an insufficient or inaccurate address, and the customer requests a refund of the corresponding order, the amount to be refunded by Moogy is calculated by subtracting the shipping costs from the total paid by the customer (mention "TOTAL" on the corresponding delivery note).
In the event of loss or theft during the delivery of the post, Moogy cannot be held responsible.
All complaints procedures vis-à-vis the post office must be carried out by the customer. Moogy nevertheless undertakes to provide you with a summary of your order and its shipment on simple request from the customer sent by email to moogyboutique@gmail.com.
Delivery times are indicative and include processing, routing and shipping, any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim damages.
The delivery time for France is 5 to 10 working days.
The international delivery time is 10 to 15 working days.
Pick up in store:
The customer who has opted for a "withdrawal in store" must imperatively withdraw his order within 14 days, beyond this period, the customer will no longer be able to claim the withdrawal of his order or even the reimbursement of it. .
6 ° Products and prices
The products offered by Moogy are available in stock, however if an exceptional product shortage occurs, we will communicate the supply times necessary to obtain the desired product.
The Moogy site presents its customers with a description of each item, the prices of which are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) in order to provide all the information allowing the buyer to know the main characteristics of the product.
The photos are presented for information only and are in no way contractual.
The buyer has the option at any time to send an email to Moogy if he considers it necessary to obtain some clarification.
7 ° Returns and rights of withdrawal
All return requests must be the subject of a prior written request (by email or letter) to our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt.
To benefit from an exchange, or refund, the items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, with the labels appearing on the product, unworn, unwashed, not bearing no odor (tobacco etc ...) which could justify that the product cannot be submitted for resale. Moogy reserves the right to be the sole arbiter to validate the quality and condition of the returned product. In the event of a refund or exchange, the shipping costs (shipping and reshipping) will remain the responsibility of the customer, with no possibility of reimbursement.
Incomplete, used, worn, damaged products not returned in the original packaging intact, will not be taken back. In accordance with ordinance n ° 2011-741 of 23 August 2001, this withdrawal period is not applicable to products on sale or destocked.
In the event of a return, the reimbursement period is 21 days maximum.
8 ° Retention of title
All products and articles remain the property of Moogy, until full payment has been received.
9 ° Intellectual property
All Documents, products, tests, comments, information, logos, brands, illustrations and images reproduced or accessible on this site are protected under intellectual property rights by their owners, both in terms of economic rights and morale, and consequently, are exclusively intended for private and free use within the framework of the family circle within the meaning of article L.122-5-1 of the Code of intellectual property.
