Expeditions and returns
Shipping your package:
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay with tracking number and delivered with a signature. A link to track your parcel online is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is sent.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and a shipping fee applies to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items with appropriate packaging.
The size of the boxes is appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Depending on the carriers, the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days for France, 10 to 15 working days for the international market.
In-store withdrawal:
Once your order is ready to be withdrawn, you will be notified by email. From this date you have 14 days to remove it in store.
In order to withdraw your order, it will be imperative to present yourself with an ID in the name and surname of the order. You have a 14-day retraction period from the date the email is sent notifying you of the availability of in-store withdrawal of your order.
For any return of an order:
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code: "The consumer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, if any, of the return costs which remain his responsibility. The parcel must be returned to us by mail and by Colissimo at the following address:

For obvious reasons of hygiene, jewelry and swimsuits will not be taken back or exchanged.
In accordance with the CGV, items must be returned in their original packaging, labelled, unworn, unwashed... with no dirt or odour (tobacco. ...)
Showroom-BBG reserves the free will to refuse any return that does not respect these so-called CGV without refund or re-shipment of the parcel returned to Showroom-BBG.
If the customer wants an exchange, it is imperative to contact us by email or phone.
The customer will pay for the return costs of the initial order, as well as the shipping costs for the delivery of the desired model.
